



Oath Pizza's Community Support Campaign
CHALLENGE
Amid the COVID-19 crisis, Oath Pizza needed to engage customers and sustain revenue while supporting frontline healthcare workers and local communities. The goal was to design a campaign that combined purpose-driven impact with business results.
APPROACH
Deployed Oath’s food truck to hospitals and shelters through the Feeding Our Communities program, allowing customers to nominate locations in need.
Created the Much Kneaded Goodness promotion: for every $25 in gift cards sold, Oath donated 5 pizzas to hospitals and shelters.
Timed messaging around Nurse Appreciation Week to highlight healthcare heroes and amplify campaign relevance.
Executed integrated creative across digital channels (website, email, social, digital ads) and on-the-ground activations.
RESULTS
Hundreds of pizzas donated to hospitals, shelters, and frontline workers.
Significant increase in gift card sales, driving both immediate revenue and future visits.
Strengthened Oath Pizza’s positioning as a purpose-driven, community-first brand.
