Oath Pizza's Community Support Campaign

CHALLENGE

Amid the COVID-19 crisis, Oath Pizza needed to engage customers and sustain revenue while supporting frontline healthcare workers and local communities. The goal was to design a campaign that combined purpose-driven impact with business results.

APPROACH

  • Deployed Oath’s food truck to hospitals and shelters through the Feeding Our Communities program, allowing customers to nominate locations in need.

  • Created the Much Kneaded Goodness promotion: for every $25 in gift cards sold, Oath donated 5 pizzas to hospitals and shelters.

  • Timed messaging around Nurse Appreciation Week to highlight healthcare heroes and amplify campaign relevance.

  • Executed integrated creative across digital channels (website, email, social, digital ads) and on-the-ground activations.

RESULTS

  • Hundreds of pizzas donated to hospitals, shelters, and frontline workers.

  • Significant increase in gift card sales, driving both immediate revenue and future visits.

  • Strengthened Oath Pizza’s positioning as a purpose-driven, community-first brand.

  • Deepened customer engagement by linking purchases directly to community impact.
